Stevenson Families,
This week has been one to remember! Our students and staff fully embraced Awareness Week, and it was inspiring to see so much learning, empathy, and school spirit throughout our campus.
A special thank you to everyone who joined us for Trunk or Treat on Thursday. The creativity and smiles made it a truly special evening. We appreciate all the candy donations that made this event possible.
Today, our students wrapped up the week with an exciting Mad Scientist Day. From experiments to hands-on investigations, students had an amazing opportunity to learn through discovery and fun. A special shout out to the Merritt Island High's Science National Honor Society students for bringing their love of science and expertise to our fun day.
As we head into next week, we are excited to launch our toy drive from Nov. 2 - 16. Families may earn volunteer hours by donating a new, unwrapped toy to support children in our community. This project is being headed by a Stevenson Alumni as his Senior Project. All donations will go to Brittany's Wish Inc. The class with the most donations will receive a pizza party.
We would also love to see you at our monthly volunteer meeting on Friday, November 6, at 9:10 a.m.
One final reminder: Daylight Saving Time ends this weekend. Don't forget to turn your clocks back one hour before heading to bed on Saturday night!
Thank you for being such an important part of our Stevenson family. Have a safe and wonderful weekend! I'll see you Monday in the car loop!
Sincerely,
Mrs. Fleeger
